Household Expenditure Statistics of Lombok Barat Regency 2023

The publication on Expenditure and Consumption of the Population of West Lombok Regency from the March 2023 National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) provides insights into the expenditure and consumption patterns of the population of West Lombok. Additionally, this publication also describes the nutritional adequacy levels of the population in terms of calorie and protein intake.The March 2023 Susenas results indicate that:
1. Overall, the average calorie and protein consumption of the population of West Lombok Regency exceeds the adequacy standards, amounting to 2,495.39 kcal and 74.16 grams, respectively. Urban residents generally consume more calories and protein compared to rural residents.2. Based on residential areas, it is observed that a significant portion of expenditure in rural areas is allocated to food expenditures. Conversely, a substantial portion of expenditure in urban areas is allocated to non-food items.
